The Will Rogers Medallion Award program will make available transportation from our host hotel to the Meet & Greet in Claremore. If you are also attending the Saturday evening award banquet, please use the banquet reservation form, where you can also reserve your bus tickets and pay for them with the same check.

Reminder: While our annual WRMA Banquet and Ceremony will be held at the host hotel in Tulsa, the Meet and Greet and other book signing opportunities will be located in Claremore or other venues in or near Tulsa. If you would prefer not to ride the bus to Claremore Thursday night, there will be some authors who will have their own cars and would perhaps be willing to car pool or you can rent a car at the Tulsa airport when you arrive. There is no Uber or taxi service between Claremore and Tulsa.
