For Attending Authors and Publishers:

MEET AND GREET (Friday, October 23, 2020)

Friday night is social time for authors and publishers to get together informally and enjoy each other's company. We start (sort of) around 7 pm, and go until we run out of words or whenever. Light refreshments are served, and the conversation is sparkling. We start in the Meeting Room (just inside and to the right of the main entrance) at the La Quinta, but can spill out into the lobby needed. This is a wonderful time to get to know your fellow authors, renew friendships, and relax in a pleasant setting.

 

BOOK SIGNING (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)

Unfortunately the Red Steagall Cowboy Gathering has been cancelled due to COVID capacity issues that would strongly affect their attendance. This sadly means that our book selling/signing at the Trappings Show will not take place this year. We hope to proceed with our plans for the Friday Meet and Greet and the big Awards Ceremony, but will keep a close eye on state/local regulations and safety issues.

 

AWARDS CEREMONY (Saturday, October 24, 2020)

The 2020 Award Ceremony will be held Saturday, October 24th in the Ft.

Worth Stockyards at Coopers BBQ (301 Stockyards Blvd, Fort Worth, 76164)

from 5-9 PM. We will let you know when we are ready for you to complete and mail your reservation form, along with ticket money. In the meantime, please email Laurie @

and let her know how many tickets you anticipate you will need for the dinner and ceremony.
